Purchases

Web customers can use Manage Subscription to review, update, or cancel through Stripe. App Store and Google Play customers can use Restore Purchases or Manage Subscription through their device's store account.

Account deletion

Open Account in PrepWise and choose Delete account and local data. This permanently removes the PrepWise cloud account, saved preferences, plan history, usage records, and linked subscription entitlement records. Web deletion also removes the linked Stripe customer. Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the applicable store.
