PrepWise Terms of Use

PrepWise provides meal-planning and grocery-organization tools for general informational use.

Subscriptions

PrepWise Pro plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. On the web, PrepWise Pro is offered at $9.99 per month with a seven-day trial and $69.99 per year without a trial, unless a different localized price or promotion is displayed at checkout. Stripe processes web billing. App Store prices and trial terms are displayed by Apple before purchase.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage web subscriptions through the Stripe customer portal and App Store subscriptions through Apple. Deleting a web account cancels its linked Stripe customer relationship. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, overload providers, scrape restricted content, or use the app in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Food and health disclaimer

PrepWise is not a medical, nutrition, allergy, or food-safety service. Recipe, nutrition, allergen, price, availability, and preparation information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify all labels and ingredients and use safe food-handling practices.

Third-party services

Recipes, videos, nutrition data, maps, stores, retailers, payments, cloud storage, and AI features may rely on third parties. Their availability and accuracy are not guaranteed. Source links and required attribution must not be removed. YouTube features are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in or serving Kansas City, Missouri, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
